Now we’re an award-winning restaurant in St James’s Market, part of a group with B Corp certification, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and 1M+ YouTube subscribers. Our style? Bold, seasonal cooking with a zero-waste mindset – from nose-to-tail butchery to root-to-stem veg.
We’re ambitious, creative, and serious about sustainability – but we keep the vibe fun, fast-paced, and full of energy. We’ve been named Sustainable Restaurant of the Year, raised thousands for charity, and built a loyal community of guests and staff.
