Fallow Chefs is the media brand behind the social and video content for Fallow, Roe, FOWL and OXO — bringing our restaurants and retail line to life across social media and YouTube.

Fallow was founded in May 2019 by two chefs, Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. The combination of conscious culinary creativity and hospitality experience is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a Food Content Creator and Editor to join our growing media team. This is a dedicated production role: you will be behind the camera and in the edit, filming and editing restaurant content on a daily basis. The focus is on consistently high-quality execution, in line with the content strategy.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, taking on the filming and editing workload to allow broader strategic growth across the restaurant and retail brands. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who wants to specialise in production for a world famous, lively and rapidly growing media brand.

Key responsabilities:

Film and edit day-to-day content across Fallow, Roe, FOWL and OXO, ranging from quick-turnaround social clips to polished, end-to-end restaurant videos.
Take ownership of high-quality restaurant content that requires research and planning, not only filming on the day.
Produce compelling short-form video and photo content for Instagram (Stories, Reels, Feed), TikTok, plus YouTube on occasion.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the kitchen, seasonal dishes, and the people and values behind each brand.
Work from a shared content calendar with the Social Media Manager, delivering the filming and editing required to keep it on track.
Support marketing and retail campaigns - including product launches, Black Friday and Christmas - with filming and editing.
Maintain a consistent style, tone and quality standard across all four brands.
Stay current on social media trends, formats and audio, and bring forward relevant ideas.

About you:

You want a role focused on filming and editing, in a dynamic, creative and food-centric environment.
Strong videography and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar), with confidence shooting on both smartphone and camera in a fast-paced restaurant environment or equivalent.
You are confident and proactive - able to direct members of the team during filming and seize shooting opportunities within the kitchen.
Strong organisational skills meeting deadlines to deliver content on schedule, and managing multiple filming schedules at once.
You are comfortable following a brief and aligning content to a pre-determined strategy. You are receptive to feedback from all levels and can act on critique.
Strong understanding of current social trends, formats and platform algorithms.
Able to film occasionally in the evenings or at events.
